New alliance between Nemo Group and Kettal to relaunch Driade

Driade enters a new chapter: new alliance between NEMO Group and Kettal to relaunch an Italian design icon.

One year after its acquisition by Nemo Group, one of the historic companies of Italian design, Driade is ready to open a new chapter in its story. In line with its experimental spirit, Driade is renewing itself through a business model never
tried before: a partnership between two groups of different nationalities but united by shared values and vision, Nemo Group and Kettal.

Kettal, an international design company specialized in contemporary outdoor furniture and architectural solutions for both residential and contract environments, acquires a majority stake in the company. Nemo Group remains as a minority shareholder, ensuring continuity with Driade’s Italian heritage and design culture. The company’s headquarters will stay in Italy, confirming its commitment to preserving its local heritage and the artisanal excellence that has made it renowned worldwide.

This alliance marks the beginning of a Mediterranean-centered vision of design — a system of skills, relationships, and professionalism that transcends national boundaries to embrace a broader cultural and productive macro-region. The relaunch of Driade is not just a new chapter in the story of an iconic brand but a signal of change for the entire design industry — one that looks to the future not as competition, but as creative cooperation.

Within the framework of the operation, Nemo Group was supported by Mr.Lawrence Studio, acting as strategic advisor, with a team led by the co-founder Francesco Mainardi.
